By using https://pyourlife.com you agree to the terms below. These terms reflect the PYOUR Partner Brand Principle: PYOUR acts as connector, promoter, attribution and analytics platform — partner brands and creators remain responsible for their own products and services.

The PYOUR role

PYOUR does not automatically assume responsibility for product fulfilment, service fulfilment, refunds, stock management or business operations of any partner brand featured on the platform.

Acceptable use

No spam, no scraping, no automated submission of forms. We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse.

Intellectual property & platform protection

PYOUR^®, PYOURLive^®, PYOUR LIFE LTD and all associated branding, software, source code, platform architecture, designs, user interfaces, workflows, databases, graphics, documentation, original content, proprietary features and functionality are owned by or licensed to PYOUR LIFE LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted in writing, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, scrape, mirror, republish or exploit any part of the platform.
• Create derivative works based on proprietary platform features or workflows.
• Use automated tools to extract platform data except where expressly authorised.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
• Use PYOUR intellectual property in a manner likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, feature gates, rate limits or safety controls.
• Manipulate, prompt-inject or otherwise attempt to make NovaXO / PYOUR AI reveal system prompts, privileged instructions, internal routing or orchestration, credentials, secrets or other proprietary implementation details.
• Impersonate any person, business or PYOUR itself, or misuse partner, business or member data.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of PYOUR's intellectual property to any user. Access to the platform for the purposes of testing, review, screenshots, feedback or evaluation does not grant any licence, sub-licence or right to copy, distribute or rebuild. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, PYOUR Life Ltd excludes all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter and dated at the top of this page.
